Lots of choices for breakfast. The chef cooking the eggs and omelettes was very cheery and added to the atmosphere. Toiletries were lovely, bathroom large and rooms clean. Happy hour was a bonus. Close to Destiny US for shopping, dining and entertainment.

I had classic salmon platter - delicious! My husband said the garbage plate was also good! Overall my review is outstanding for the hotel staff most especially April! She was the most hospitable, kindest and knowledgeable staff! All of the staff so far are very accommodating! The hotel room is so nice, very clean and amenities are updated!! Very highly recommended!!

    Excellent, central location. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff (Joanne, Stephanie) were fabulous - super friendly and helpful. We were in Syracuse for a James Taylor concert, and the hotel and staff helped to make it a great few days.
