A beautiful, clean hotel with professional service. The 15th floor offers a spectacular bay view. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the pho was amazing! The one-day Lan Ha Bay tour, including the bioluminescent plankton experience and a visit to Viet Hai Village, made the trip truly meaningful. Huge thanks to the dedicated team — Trang, Quynh, Tien, and Ms. Thoa — truly exceptional service!

A must do Lan Ha Bay! This was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. We felt relaxed and truely enjoyed the scenic views. The staff were unbelievable! They were so friendly and made us feel comfortable the whole time ☺️

The room is beautiful and fully equipped. And the location is perfect, in the central and from the hotel to the beach just 5 minutes walk. Another thing i would to say is Duong, who is very helpful, he help me to book all of thing i want to do in the island like Boat Tour, Trekking and transportation... everything is most perfect. I really enjoy when stay in the hotel. Thank you so much!
