I love everything there! Especially the staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of useful suggestions and even ran after the coach which supposed to pick us up at the hotel to stop it, when it had passed our hotel. We could not get on that coach without them 😭 The hotel was new and clean. I love their decoration which makes the room really comfortable and spacious. As a person with insomnia, especially in hotel, I slept well for two nights of my stay. Everything I needed can be found in the room. I recommend to get the room with the mountain view balcony since the view was beautiful. Thanks to our right choice to stay in this hotel, the favorable weather and the people here, our trip in Sapa becomes one of our unforgetable memories. Again thank you for everything! We will definitely choose to stay there again if we have a chance to visit Sapa again.

Lucy and every staffs were fantastic. They tried their best to accommodate us. The room was a little small but it was to be expect as we were in the old town. Everyone was so nice and help us arrange a trip from the airport. Nothing but a thumb for their service.

We loved this hotel. The level of service was excellent. Staff was super friendly and caring and they helped us with everything we needed, e.g. arranging a transport back to Hanoi and renting a scooter. They took very good care of us from the first minute we met and until the last minute we left. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect Hotel!! Mr Kim is the best host ever. He's available for any purpose, and he offered us 1 night to have a place to rest before taking a night bus. All the people are great, smiling and helping. Really nice breakfast, and comfortable room. We had a lovely time here. Don't hesitate !!

The staff here are spectacular and friendly. They helped us book any tours and trips we wanted, assisted with transportation back to HaNoi and gave us tips and advice about Sapa. The room was clean. The bed comfortable and the shower was good. The hotel is adjacent to the busier area of downtown Sapa so access was easy while the noise level was minimal. It is a 2 minute walk to the Sapa station to Fansipan and there are excellent restaurants nearby....oh, and the included breakfast was great with lots of choice. Highly recommend this hotel.

All are good services here. Very helpful front desk 林兒 is always do me a favor about my stay and trip to Fansipan mountain. And arrange of the ticket for me. By the way the massage and the sauna are good here. The room is super clean . Also can use to YouTube and Netflix on the TV.👍 And the breakfast always delicious every morning . The nice service also in the restaurant. Super high recommended the wonderful hotel…

    Great hotel. Had the deluxe room with balcony. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, modern room, comfy bed in a great location on a quiet street but only a 3min walk to the centre, good breakfast. I can't praise this hotel highly enough. Kim and the staff are brilliant! Highly recommended.

    This was the most amazing, high quality hotel! 5he location is so central yet so quiet. The Junior Suite is perfect and such incredible value for the quality. Beds are very comfortable and bath is beautiful. Very modern and clean. The breakfast is excellent...one of the best we've had in Vietnam. We stayed 3 nights and the hotel arranged a 2 day/ 1 night homestay trek - highly recommended. Mai and Su are genuinely great ladies and shared so much culture with us. Mrs Tran is a kind and thoughtful host at Eden. We hope to return! 💗
