The location is central and it is great to discover Berat by foot. The staff was nice and helped us reserve a walking tour.

The location is very good in the middle of the castle, the view from there is amazing exactly like the staff.The girl who worked there was so nice helped us with everything that we needed and prepared something very sweet in the room for my birthday. She gave me flowers, a small cake and a bottle of wine that they are making by them self!! It was very tasty, try it when you are there. I would visit again!

The hotel is located a few minutes slightly uphill on cobblestones however this is how you get the best view and the walk didn't bother us at all. I would gladly stay here again!
