Mohammad Alrad was an fabulous and courteous host, always assisting with our queries and helping with travel guidance. An asset to Bubblefish. Highly recommended for a stay - especially if you love snorkeling and scuba diving - some of the best reefs and dive spots in Borneo in close proximity.

Sherman at the reception made my stay perfect. He is phenomenal. He was the person that checked me in, addressed all my questions during my stay and was there on check out. Seek him out if you ever need a reliable person with reliable updated info in KK. My queen room was beaufitul, with amazing view of the forest, big, comfortable bed, everything is spotlessly clean, well equipped. The location was somewhat uncomfortable to cross the street with a busy aggressive traffic, but once on the other side, everything is within walking distance. Breakfast is ok, but don't expect anything elaborate. Overall, great value!
