The bed was very comfortable as well. I also like how they put automatic under mount lighting on the night stands and bathroom vanity. Very convenient for when you have to use the washroom in the middle of the night. The comfort level and cleanliness were spot on as well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The gentlemen who checked us in was the most friendly, welcoming and accommodating front desk clerk I’ve ever come across. This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back.

We only stayed for one night, since we were heading to Banff the next day. It is good if you want to stay near the airport or if you have your own car.

Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre rooms include a 42-inch flat-screen TV. Morning newspapers and a coffee maker are provided. We had dinner there and the food was good and so was the Flat Cap Stout, price reasonable and very friendly staff. The staff also organised our transport back to the airport.
