Location is amazing, you can walk to the city square or to the city mall and river embankment. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Interior is a bit outdated, but very clean and well kept. Great elevator with view inside the building.

Easy to check in, staff were friendly and very informative. They send you a message with details about the hotel after check-in, opening times, and all that. Very clean and hygienic, the staff at the bar were friendly as well, and the buffet breakfast was amazing with a variety of goods offered. I also lost my ring and informed them when I realised. They were able to locate it and send it back to me. I am so very happy about this.

Holiday Inn offers spacious rooms, an outdoor swimming pool and free internet. It is located a 2 minutes´ drive from Concepcion´s airport and in front of Plaza Trébol Shopping Mall. Hotel is very confortable with large rooms and excelent facilities. The breakfast is very good. Staff is super kind and support custom needs always with a smile. Nice locations with restaurants within walking distance.
