Se pudo hacer el check-in temprano, lo cual nos permitió descansar tranquilamente. Si había espacio en el estacionamiento, nos permitieron dejar el auto por un tiempo después del check-out. Cuando llegamos tarde al hotel, nos sorprendió que la persiana de seguridad estuviera cerrada por razones de seguridad, pero al llamar por teléfono, la abrieron de inmediato. Agradezco mucho su flexibilidad y atención.
