Staff is extremely polite and the room was alway clean after the service. Food is good and the room service is pretty fast. Elevators were fast as well, so you don't have to wait for too long. I'll definitely go to that hotel again.

Staff were fabulous and there was gluten-free bread at breakfast which I really appreciated. Rooms were comfy and having the courtyard out in the back garden was a delight. Aubrey Hotel Boutique: history, charm, and relaxation in the heart of Parque Metropolitano. Charming common areas with lots of character - something quite difficult to find in hotels nowadays. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room generous in size, bathrooms very tidy and clean.

hUB Providencia features a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Santiago. Nice room, good cleaning and excellent staff! Douglas and Angelito were very helpful and friendly during our stay.

The hotel is super clean and modern. The breakfast in the morning was also great! They also had a night that had free drinks and snacks for the guests which was a wonderful surprise and super appreciated. The staff were also very professional and helpful when asked questions.
