The owner and the two guys at the reception (who all speak Enhlish well) were really nice and went above and beyond normal customer service. They are really keen on ensuring everything is perfect and that you enjoy your stay. They even shared their WeChat so one could communicate in case of any issues or if you just needed general advice about Tangkou or Huangshan.Any issues I had were resolved promptly. I was there to hike Huangshan mountains, and they gave me all the necessary tips and assistance to ensure an enjoyable hike. The common areas also have a nice atmosphere. The location itself is beautiful with plenty of restaurants and beautiful sights. It is also walkable to and from the bus transfer service to the cable way. The owner can link you up with direct shared transport to/from Huangshan North railway station. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

Edward gave me amazing advices on how to climb the Huanshan moutain safely. He was so kind and patient. There is a movie night organized each night I was there so you can easily connect with other travelers. There is also a nice bar and snacks offered by the hostel. I totally recommend this hostel to everyone!
