The metro station is downstairs about 30m from the hotel. Many shops and eateries on all sides. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the gentleman who helped us. The view from our rooms is also great. Breakfast was fine because there was both oriental and western food available. That is why we booked 3 times at this hotel. The 2nd time we came back from Hong Kong and we were helped by Hanna. We arrived early and left our suitcases to go eat and shop. She was very attentive and sent a message as soon as our rooms were ready. She was also attentive to send a message when it was time for the afternoon tea or night snack. She did her best to make us as comfortable as possible. The third time we came back from Guangzhou and then we were helped by two lovely ladies named Winnie and Joye Zhu. If I go to Shenzhen again, I will definitely book at this hotel again.

When I couldn't figure out how to drive into the hotel, they even video-called me to guide me, which was really convenient. I parked my car right downstairs of the hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted me with smiles—they looked very friendly. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were professional too. The room used a keypad lock for entry, which was safe and convenient, so I didn’t have to worry about losing a room card. The room facilities were complete and easy to use. What’s more, I could enjoy a free late checkout until 2 PM, which was perfect for someone like me who loves sleeping in. Thumbs up, thumbs up! Oh, and they even upgraded my room type for me—thumbs up 👍

Location was in excellent proximity to the Import Export Hall which made is very simple to access. We were upgraded to a suite which was the best room I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was excellent with multiple options for all culinary tastes and was very large to easy to find a table. I especially liked the omelette station. Coffee machines had average coffee. Premises were very nice and clean and the views out across the city from the higher floors were amazing. I also thought the amenities provided in the bathroom were very good with toothpaste, mouthwash, toothbrush and a variety of other articles provided. The bath in my room was amazing and a good size. Potable water replenished each day was also very good. Plenty of space in the wardrobe and provision of a steam iron and ironing board in the dressing area was well received.
