It had all the amenities and toiletries .The room service was excellent. Hotel shuttle bus service from the airport is on departure level . Just exit gate number 4 and wait for your bus. Or contact the hotel before your arrival and ask them of the bus license plate number. This place is about 1.5 hours away from the city center by train, depending on where you're going.

Both Beijing West Railway Station and Beijing South Railway Station can be reached in 30 minutes' drive. Beijing Capital International Airport is 50-minute away and Daxing Airport is 70 minutes by taxi. We were treated very warmly, the staff in the hotel is great and they go far and beyond to make sure so enjoy your stay and discover beijing. The place is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is quite ok and you can enjoy f ree coffe, tea and water during your stay. They even make sure via whatsapp, daily that we were having fun and wanted to help in case we encounter any problems. We are four sure coming back our next time in Beijing. Thank you!!! ❤️

The business centre offers secretarial services, access to conference rooms and the use of the hotel's function rooms. I booked 2 twin rooms and was amazed on how clean and wonderful the rooms where. Everything you need tea coffee even an iron ! We had great views of the station and the staff was super friendly . I will be staying again . Thanks 🙏

The stylish rooms at Park Plaza Beijing feature wall-to-wall carpeting and large windows overlooking the city or park. Each is equipped with a satellite TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Room service is provided 24 hours. The room was very clean and very nice suited. The Location was very good. The hotel staff could learn little english but we menaged to communicate every day :) Everything else was on a high level. Would visit again!

Thanks to the hotel staff’s warm and dedicated help, we were able to retrieve our luggage. If we have the chance to visit Beijing again, we will definitely choose this hotel!
