They do all things to make you comfortable during your stay and try to help you if you need something. Plus , they speak ENGLISH if you are bad at spanish like i was. They give you all necessary informations (places to visit , advices to avoid some problems , recommendations for dinner ...). The colombian breakfast is good as well. They are totally friendly , respectful , polite and if you have problem with administration or payment , Juan Carlos will do the maximum to help you !!! If i return in Cali , i'll probably come back there !! Muchas gracias !!

In my particular case, it was close to where I was going to spend most of my time while in Cali. The restaurant and pools area are very cozy and beautifully designed/decorated. Breakfast was great and the other plates on the menu were very tasty. Rooms were also very clean and comfortable.
