Hotsprings and also pool well maintained. Loved the happy hour on the wet bar.

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Tifakara Boutique Hotel is located just outside Arenal Volcano National Park in Fortuna where you can enjoy stunning volcanic views. The hotel is like an oasis for the wildlife, we had a night forest walk on the first night where we saw all the mammals of Costa Rica live, breakfast is nice and classy a la carte - fruit and eggs (seeme there is no "all you can eat" buffet breakfast that popular in Costa Rica). We had a room in main building orverlooking the pool, bubble bathes and volcano. The hotel garden is really nice, botanical garden where you can meet frogs, snakes, birds Hotel staff is espacially nice and helping, making really good vibe for the hotel

Lost Iguana Resort and Spa offers an outdoor pool, a gym and lush gardens with a maze. Each room has views of the Arenal Volcano, located just a 25-minute drive away. Absolutely beautiful spot in the rainforest close enough to the tourist activities, but distant enough for a complete disconnect. The view of the Arenal Volcano from our room was stunning. Facilities made of exquisite woodwork. Lots to see. Great pool area. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Located 14 km from Arenal Volcano National Park, Lomas del Volcan offers lush gardens, an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Each air-conditioned cabin has free Wi-Fi and flat-screen cable TV. When we arrived I saw one of the most breath taking views ever. The volcano is so close and makes a crazy impression. I could just stare at it. I wish we could stay longer. Such a peaceful and calm environment, breath taking view on the volcano, well maintained gardens, fantastic pool. So much wildlife- we could hear hundreds of birds all the time. I recommend visiting nearby restaurants as there are so many just a few minutes away. The only thing I didn’t like was a dinner at the hotel restaurant- it was expensive and really not too tasty. Very „Americanized” menu. I would rather have something local and simple. Breakfasts were wonderful though.

Chato Arenal Lodge has a nice breakfast with fresh fruits and an amazing view from the restaurant. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, I loved that the hotel is at a walking distance from La Fortuna waterfalls and a five minutes drive from the downtown where you can have access to restaurants, cafes and the hot springs. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, Esteban was very helpful and shared with me some beautiful location that I can visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying at Chato Arenal on my next visit to Costa Rica.

Featuring an extensive garden, furnished terraces with natural pools and rainforest-mountains views, the eco-friendly Rancho Margot is 700 metres from Caño Negro River and 3 km from Arenal Lake. We had a wonderful stay at the Ecolodge. The staff was amazing, the food and the amenities were great, and the location was perfect for us.
