The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were wonderful. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, really spacious and so clean. The concierge gave us great information and suggested a fantastic restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was extensive and great quality. We loved lugo and adored this hotel.
