The hotel was treated with complimentary surprises in the room( sparkling wine, chocolate, cookies, some extra foot care cream). It was so nice and pleasant. You feel like a special guest. The Top roof bar is a pleasant place to spend some hours with the cocktails.

The location was excellent, in the heart of old town, all sightseeing were around the corner. The staff at reception was extremely helpful, they provided us with a list of restaurants of their choice to visit, that was very handy. When we were checking in, we've got an upgrade to a better room, which turned out to be a luxury suit. The hotel itself was very well maintained, rooms were spacious, clean, furnished perfectly.

Breakfast was good, the rooftop pool was excellent. The rooms were beautiful and the shower pressure better than in any other hotel I have stayed at in the Alicante area. The closets were big and the balcony was nice, even tho we had a view of the 332 highway :)

The Hotel location was perfect, food at buffet delicious,the rooms comfortable and clean, the pool has an amazing view, but the most important and valuable part was the Staff. Friendly, warm and helpful with professionalism and patient served all customers. We loved every moment
