I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about Hayley and the lovely Hotel No. 5 - I had such a wonderful time in Llandudno because of my stay here. To start, it's spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and I loved that it's a little bit removed from the hustle and bustle of everything (yet still very close, walkable, and steps from the bus stop!) The breakfast was absolutely delicious and included everything you could need to start your day. But the greatest part of the experience is Hayley, who goes above and beyond for her guests! She is so knowledgeable about the area, always checks in to make sure that you're enjoying your stay, and just pours her heart and soul into Hotel No.5 - and it shows! Really recommend staying here if you're traveling to Llandudno. I will absolutely stay again next time I'm in town!

A perfect location in a charming, vintage hotel. On our first trip to Wales we fell in love with the beautiful surrounding green hills, wide sand beach & classic architecture.

The location of the hotel is fabulous, the views of bay and the island is stunning. The hotel decor is very stylish and modern , the staff extremely polite and helpful and the food is of very good quality. The spa is small but very well run.
Hotel was in excellent location. Nice modern stylish rooms. The hotel was very very clean .Brilliant selection for breakfast and great quality.
My mum, my sister and I stayed here for one week. We found everything we needed at the property and it was clean, modern and well renovated. It had a great location, close to the city centre and the promenade, but it was really quiet and relaxing. Thank you very much for a great week in Wales!
Excellent location, clean and modern (yet traditionally decorated) rooms, and the best breakfast I've had in any hotel I have ever visited (try the salmon scrambled eggs and you won't regret it!)! Also good value overall - lower-priced and better quality than many of the other chain and independent alternatives in the city centre. My only regret is that I didn't have time to eat dinner at the restaurant! Definitely my go-to place next time I'm in beatiful Cardiff!
Thoughtfully and stylishly renovated, light, bright and airy, excellent balance between modern and original. Fantastic location.
Excellent location, exceptional value, very friendly and efficient reception. This is a basic level hotel but provides all the essentials at an acceptable quality level. It is not a modern upmarket city centre hotel and has limited facilities but is very functional.
