Where to begin? This place is perfectly lovely as is the gentleman who runs it. He had great advice on which places to go based on our particular interests and gave us a tour of the grounds. We felt very cared for. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are sumptuous and spacious. Slept like a rock. The beds are really comfortable and the linens of high quality. We all took our filling breakfasts out to garden to eat amongst the trees...and cats. The cats were delightful, too.

Situated on the sandy beach of Karfas, Golden Sand Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with balcony. It includes an Olympic-size swimming pool, a restaurant, a tavern and 2 bars. The hotel was very nice. The kindness of the staff made my son and I very happy. The fact that our room was cleaned every day was also great. It was wonderful to have both a pool and the sea. You can easily get to the city center by bus. I highly recommend it.
