Amalia Olympia is located in the entrance of Ancient Olympia. Surrounded by Mediterranean gardens, it features an outdoor pool, restaurant and spacious lounges and a bar with fireplace. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Very spacious hotel, different from most in Greece. It felt like being in a museum or a palace. Super elegant and comfortable, the room and balcony very big too. You know when you look at pictures and room seems bigger than it is, in this case everything is bigger than it looks, A bottle of red wine waiting in the room that you can envoy on the balcony, nice touch. Beautifull gardens, big pool, pool towels available. Staff VERY VERY nice, the receptionist handed me an anti-mosquito spray when I wondered if there were any. Superb breakfast, lots of options, freshly squeezed orange juice.

Pharae Palace is located on the famous Kalamata beachfront and just few minutes away from the shopping districts and the port of Kalamata.

The location is ideal as it is only few minutes away from fine restaurants, trendy open air cafeterias and bars. Staff was very nice and polite. Room was clean and breakfast was amazing. It was the perfect hotel to come back to after travelling around all day.

Former residence of a 19th century mayor of Nafplion, Ilion is situated in the centre of the Old Town, overlooking Syntagma Square. It features classical furnishings and rooms with different themes. A hammam is available. The room was unique and location in the middle of Nafplio

Hotel Europa Olympia is built on the top of Drouvas Hill in Ancient Olympia. It offers a 24-hour front desk, 3 bars (two indoors and one pool bar) and a Greek restaurant and a pool-side tavern, free parking and free Wi-Fi. Spectacular view, the Garden Terrace restaurant is amongst olive trees with a view of the valley, room was modern and well appointed, staff was very accomodating. Breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious. Great location for sightseeing Olympia.

The property includes 3 bars, one of which is beachfront, and 2 restaurants and offers free WiFi access throughout. The centre of Kalamata is 6 km away. Wonderful private beach and swimming pool. Hotel was very comfortable and clean, with super staff . Breakfast with a large choice of dishes. Location nearby good taverna.

The area is popular for cycling, and bike hire is available at this 4-star hotel. I had an exceptional stay at this hotel—and this is a hotel and not an apartment-like hybrid pretending to be one. The staff were consistently courteous, professional, and highly knowledgeable, making every interaction seamless and pleasant. The public spaces were impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean. My room was a highlight—immaculately cleaned, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly maintained. The lighting design was clearly well considered, enhancing comfort and ambiance. Everything was easily accessible; electrical outlets and switches were intelligently positioned for maximum convenience. The bed was extremely comfortable, supporting restful nights, and the flow of the space was flawless. The breathtaking water view added a special touch that truly enhanced the experience. Considering all the features, the price-to-value ratio was spectacular, and the location couldn’t be better, offering easy access to key attractions and stunning surroundings. The hotel has a comfortable lobby and a well-regarded restaurant with attentive service. Although I didn’t explore other amenities, the breakfast was excellent. This was the best lodging I had in Greece.

Lyra and her team are incredibly friendly, helpful, and warm-hearted, and Ramona makes the best cakes for breakfast. We will definitely come back and can only recommend everyone to stay here!

The location is perfect - close to the old town, while being in the city center (nevertheless, we did not hear the noise). Breakfast was amazing and varied. Some highlights - fresh orange juice, cherry tomatoes, different pies, fresh fruit, various bread. Milk and juice are served in one-portion glass bottles, which is a huge plus. Beds were super comfy and quite large. The room was spacious and clean. The AC is extremely quiet, which is great. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel has two parking yards in the vicinity (2 and 3 minutes away) - during our two week stay, we were always able to find a spot in the closer one, except for one Saturday.
