The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive – they even gave us a bottle of wine when we left, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. The on-site restaurant and terrace with comfortable seating and a beautiful sea view are definite highlights. Parking was completely hassle-free. Stay here – you won’t regret it. We travel often, but it’s been a long time since we were welcomed so warmly. We wholeheartedly recommend this place 1000%. Thank you for taking such loving care of us – we truly appreciate it. 💙

Apartments get cleaned every day and there’s fresh towels every day as well and the housekeeper is really nice, always greeting us with a smile on her face. You get to stay in Oia with beautiful views and small paths along the cliff, but towards the quieter end, so you aren't overwhelmed with tourists. It is still Oia, with all the pros of Oia, and none of the cons. There's no need to leave the hotel unless you want to — your view is as good as any view on the island (you don't ever get tired of it), the food is incredible, the service is amazing, the rooms are large and nice, and it isn't busy like you might expect (at least it wasn't for us — there were maybe 6 other couples staying at the same time as us). It's quite hard to choose amongst the many options in Oia and we weren't convinced when we booked Hom that we had balanced all the options right. However, after staying there for 4 nights and exploring Oia and the rest of the island, Hom is absolutely the best way to experience Santorini.
