Enjoying a seafront location within the Old Town of Rab, Arbiana Heritage Hotel is set in a historic building blending Austria-Hungarian tradition with modern amenities. It offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi access. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, even if you're staying for multiple days—you'll always find something new to try. Since I'm quite selective about what I eat, I have to give them credit for offering something for everyone. The location couldn't be better. You're right in the heart of the old town, with excellent parking and just a few minutes walk from the city St Ivan beach. One thing I particularly appreciate is when the actual room exceeds the photos. In this case, the room was even better than expected, especially with the amazing view. The fact that people stop to take pictures in front of the hotel says a lot about its appearance. I've stayed in many high-end hotels, and the personalized touch really sets this one apart. You truly feel that the staff is dedicated to making your stay special. If my travels ever take me back to Rab, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

All air-conditioned rooms have a seating area with a flat-screen cable TV and a private bathroom with a bath tub or a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Most rooms provide views of the park and some have balconies. The amenities and the staff were always pleasant and helpful. Marko, especially was of tremendous assistance in helping organize a taxi to take us to the ferry port in Prinz. He also made sure we had lunch boxes to go when we left.

Facing the beachfront, Arba Resort, Valamar Collection offers 4-star accommodation in Rab and features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and shared lounge. Providing a restaurant, the property also has a terrace, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. The hotel has an indoor pool, spa centre, evening entertainment and a kids' club. We visited during the low season — in early October. We absolutely loved everything: the hotel is brand new, furnished to a true five-star standard, with plenty of entertainment options for both children and adults. The spa areas, pools, and private beach were excellent. In October, these facilities were often just for us — there was hardly anyone else around. An amazing price-to-quality ratio, although the cost in 2025 was clearly undervalued due to the hotel having just opened. The Croatian sea was wonderful — calm and beautiful — and walks along the pine-covered shore were a delight. The hotel is located far from any towns, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The food was surprisingly good and exceeded expectations, although after a week it did start to feel repetitive. There were lots of thoughtful little touches for kids, like the option to make your own ice cream or smoothies. As noted in other reviews, the “all-inclusive” model was actually closer to “full board,” but for us, that was more than enough.

Very spacious apartment I'm the middle of the old city of Rab. Close to everything.
