Complementary breakfast was very good with some vegtables and fruits and a good gluten free bread. Location is great. Just next to the town center. Receptionist was very nice. She loaned me an HDMI cable and made a resturant reservation. We got a room facing the street but the double windiws blocked the noise.

Reykjavík city centre is within 45 minutes’ drive from the hotel. It was remote so you travelled where you would not normally go. The drive there around the lake was spectacular. The spa was inviting and had great views. The room was modern and spacious.
