The staff was very nice. At our arrival, the receptionist responded kindly to our demand and found a bigger room for us, farther from the street, at only very moderate surcharge. In the breakfast room, Angela was extremely nice, fulfilled every our wish, for instance, on our request she changed immediately the omnipresent "lounge music" (that we found quite dull) to music corresponding to our wish. The windows of our room were completely sound-proof so that no noise from the street could be heard. The breakfast was very rich. The reception was very helpful with advice about possibilities to make trips, booking a taxi etc.

We stayed there 5 nights and managed to visit most of Abruzzo doing daily trips. After a long day it was cool to relax at the swimming pool or just walk in the castle’s garden. The staff was making everything to make you feel special. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone.
