She absolutely lifted our spirits upon departure and probably saved our night with her positive attitude! All the staff was also very uncomplicated regarding the storage of our luggage for the whole day. Apart from that the hotel was at a perfect location, very close to amazing restaurants and around the corner of Santa Maria Del Fiore. The room was pretty and clean and the hotel offers a great continental breakfast. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back next time we visit Florence
