The apartment was very modern, clean, had fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and the tablets. The whole accommodation is very family friendly - they have designated children and teenager rooms, multiple good quality high chairs were available in the breakfast buffet. The wellness facility had 3 different saunas and a pool. Also a big relaxation room, with tea and water available for free. Underground parking was easily accessible with the elevator. There was also a separate room for storing ski equipment in winter. We also liked the pizza place write next to this hotel.

This modern hotel is located in Merano centre, 300 metres from the train station. The staff taking care of the breakfast was very friendly and provided a wonderful service. Same, very nice staff at the Bar and Reception. The Suite was big and very clean, confy bed.

The proximity to the cable car was a huge plus, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas. The Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities at the hotel were rich with activities, ensuring that there was always something to do, whether you wanted to relax or be active. Parking was another convenient aspect, being close and easy to access, which is always a relief when traveling. Considering the overall experience, I found the price to be fair and well worth it. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those looking to enjoy a blend of comfort, excellent service, and natural beauty.

We had brilliant service from the hotel receptionists since we checked in all the way until we checked out. We had an issue with our rented car because we lost the key and they helped us a lot by talking in Italian to the rental car agency and explaining all the situation. They even got us desert as a courtesy in our dinner because of our bad moment.

Rooms at this four-star superior hotel feature a cosy bathrobe and slippers and most have a balcony overlooking Mount Kronplatz. It was amazing. We almost risked of not going for some family problem, but im glad we still went atleast to relax for a day. The staff are all very warm and hospitable, always have a smile on their faces. The room is beautiful and spacious.
