Hotel Cannero is located in the lakeside town of Cannero Riviera on the shores of Lake Maggiore. It offers a seasonal outdoor pool and on-site restaurant. The location on the lake is very nice, calm and peaceful. The Hotel as every thing you need. The Town is one of those gems along the lake with just enough atmosphere of an evening but not over busy. We travelled by car and stored it in the Hotel garage which was secure and under the hotel. Pre book your slot. The staff were fabulous, helpful and friendly. We did enjoy the wine tasting experience in the hotels wine cellar. Some lovely wines to bring home. Definitely go back.

Not only the hotel is very closed to the centre but also walking distance from the railways station. Additionally, if you really have to travel by car (as I did), car park is available (pricey but invaluable). the lobby is spacious with lots of chairs and sofas, in case one needs to wait or meet someone. Rooms are vey nice. The breakfast buffet is really spectacular both in variety and quality. Do not miss it!
