The breakfast is really tasty. And it'only 4 min with a car to Petra visitor's center and 5' walking to the city center. The big star however goes to the staff. The guy was so helpful, so accurate with all recommendations! He helped us to prepare a plan to visit most of Petra giving the little time we had. He also arranged a lunch boxes for all of us for Petra visit, as a compliment. We were a group of 11 and felt in secure hands while with him!

Staff are excellent, all very friendly and helpful. We were so happy they upgraded the room when we arrived, it has a big terrace with a nice view of the sunset. Great shower, comfortable bed. Food is amazing, with a lot of varieties. It's recommended to book a half board. The breakfast crew, Amer and the team are so lovely, as well as dinner is always enjoyable. The reception also arranged our trip back to Amman, with the kindest driver taking us on the scenic route.

I had an excellent stay here while visiting Petra. It is really close to the visitor centre (5 min) so you can walk everything. The hotel is not too big, which means it's nice and quiet. The place is really clean and my room was spacious. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, also helping me call local companies and numbers. Great value for money.
