As usual the staff were very professional but also friendly and between their English and our very limited Japanese we got buy. We have had a number of different rooms over the years and usually have a King Room but decided on. Superior twin this time as we were only stay a few days. Perfectly adequate size even with all of our suitcases and the bed extremely comfortable. Can’t understand why this hotel does not have a higher rating??.

Key for room & staff check in was great. Breakfast was really fresh & plentiful & staff lovely, not rushed. Our room was Huge, couch, table chairs & big bathroom & bath.Didn't use Onsen.

Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The property was well maintained. I appreciate the toiletries they offered in case you forgot them at home.

Only a 2-minute walk and offering direct access to JR Mito Train Station, Daiwa Roynet Hotel Mito features accommodations with free Wi-Fi internet access. The hotel is connected to the COMBOX310 complex, which features various restaurants and a movie theatre. Daiwa was cleaned and very comfortable. Staff were so polite. Will stay again!

They have a nice little onsen with sauna, as well as a couple of restaurants (we tried one, it was amazing!)

Apart from that, the hotel does try it best to stay ahead of changes, such as providing EV charging within its carpark. The room that we chose was quite huge and have a nice view of Naka River. Quite stunning indeed. The staff were very nice and helpful, even going through the extra mile to communicate using translator device to assist us in the check-in. The carpark spaces are ample so no worries about parking there.
