If you are exploring Nara I would recommend taking at least a day to just enjoy this hotel stay. We were greeted by extremely friendly staff who helped us with every little thing, from taking our luggage to ordering a taxi for our departure. We were served luxurious meals for dinner and breakfast in our room, by staff who set our table and made our bed. The location was magical with beautiful nature and deers roaming around outside. They had an amazing natural hot spring bath as well. Would warmly recommend this place.

Excellent accomodation - service was superb and our private bath was exceptional. It was a highlight of our vacation.
