Right at the station, so couldn't be more convenient for trains and buses. If you come from Osaka you hardly have to go outside. The station complex itself has drinking and eating places galore, and there are some v cool izakayas and cafes etc. with 10 mins' walk. In addition, the view from the spa is great, and the room lovely. I would only consider staying here if I came to Wakayama again.

There are no words that can properly describe the place or the experience. Everything was perfect, from the place, the atmosphere, the meditation, the food and the Japanese bath. Highly recommended.

JR Wakayama Train Station is within an 8-minute drive. The hotel was excellent and clean, and hotel staff was very helpful. The car park across the road was very convenient with the hotel making the carpark parking into somewhere we could come in and out as often as we needed.

The property offers free shuttle service by car or ferry for limited hours per day, both a 10-minute ride from JR Kii Katsuura Station. Free WiFi is available in the public areas. The Onsen was fantastic with a beautiful ocean view!

Guests can enjoy the various public hot-spring baths and sauna rooms. Great location! Less than 10min walk from the wakayama station (all flat roads, no hills). The onsen was great and you also get some random freebies (free coffee in the afternoon, free popsicles, free ramen at night, etc.). Room is not big but that's normal for Japanese hotels, we did not spend a whole lot of time inside the room so it didn't matter too much anyways. Would recommend this place.

The restaurant was spot-on, and the staff was excellent. If you have the opportunity, try their local sake; it’s of exceptional taste and complements the dinner perfectly.

Located around 2.8 km from Kishu Museum of Art, the hotel with free WiFi is also 2.8 km away from Heisogen Park. The property is non-smoking and is located 1.8 km from Shirahama Art Museum.

You can play billiards at this 4-star hotel. Very comfortable beds. Big room. Fantastic outdoor onsen just for us. Just need to get your head around toilet shoes.
