Front Office staff needed a boost to their communication capabilities, but we appreciate the effort. There was a Sri Lankan lady who was our “angel…”thank you. Breakfast and dinner buffets were awesome…arigatou gozaimasu! Urashima’s onsens are out-of-this-world! The best, so far, in Japan! Bravo!

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, a lift and luggage storage for guests. Great hotel with an incredible view of the bay and lovely breakfast. Very kind stuff and lovely onsen. The only thing we didnt like is that we had to order the breakfast and dinner a day before, so staying for 2 night we didnt get a chance to try the dinner. It is understandable as the breakfast was of high quality. Also, Tuna in Nachi Katsuura is just incredible.
