Greeting at the front desk, availability of staff, warmness of the hotel and its amenities, offerings.... from drinks, meals, breakfast (which is a separate story of abundance and delicious home made choices), spa and sauna and massage.... My visit was during not typical season, begging of March, with poor weather conditions in Zabljak, of rainy and chilly days - but the hotel with its coziness made up for the weather. Room was spotlessly clean, warm, with comfortable bed.

The owner was very caring, polite and lovely. The house was wonderful, clean, everything was considered, you have everything you need. She had heated the house before we came so the house was really warm. It is totally a peaceful dream in the nature. The winter garden and the fireplace were extremely beautiful. We are already making plans of coming back in winter to see the white beauty of nature. Our only regret is to spend only one night, I highly recommend to spend a few nights in this beautiful place.
