The air-conditioned suites at Arena Suites have attractive décor with tiled floors. Each has a private entrance and some come with a terrace. All suites have a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The location couldn't be better. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The place was spotless. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night.

Set in Zihuatanejo, 600 metres from La Madera Beach, Ixic posada boutique offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, a business centre and free WiFi. The property is 100 metres from the city centre. Newer hotel in a good location. Its an easy 10 min walk to the beach and a 7 minute drive to La Ropa Beach. Our stay was Sunday to Monday and street parking was easy to find directly in front of the hotel, but they also offer limited spaces on the property, first come first serve. Front desk staff were very friendly and although not always at the front desk, they were easy to locate on the property. They have a variety of rooms but we selected 2 standard rooms which where small but on the first floor with a shared patio with hammocks. There is no elevator on the property but the flights of stairs are short. Pool is small and on the top deck (appx. 5 sets of stairs) but deck area is nice. There is an outdoor shower available to rinse off from the beach or after the pool use. Overall, it was a good stay and would recommend.

I LOVED Everything about this Hotel! It could be in Architectural Digest! It is just that Beautiful! The Attention to detail was Incredible! The location can't be beat! Right on the sand.. Just an easy walk into the main part of town.. Everyone on staff was Amazing!!! It was kept impeccably clean! The lounge chairs on the sand were sooo comfortable.. The loungers by the pool were also sooo comfortable.. The music that was playing at the bar/restaurant was fantastic!! Even the volume was perfect.. I could hear it ever so slightly by the pool.. Just loud enough to enjoy it.. But not too loud... so I could drift off to sleep listening to it!! Next time I come back to Troncones... I am staying here Again without question!!!

The staff was terrific, helpful, friendly, personable, hard working and very well trained and great communicators with my limited Spanish! Great people, all!

Each room at the Holiday Inn Resort Ixtapa has bright décor. All rooms have air conditioning and satellite TV. Some rooms offer ocean or garden views. Perfect hotel for pairs and families as well as for single travellers who want to spend calm holiday / weekend. Amazing staff, very nice beach and pool. But i would not recommend it for people searching rich night-life.

A variety of boutiques, bars, restaurants and nightclubs are just steps from the hotel. Alvarez International Airport and downtown Acapulco are just a short drive away. I liked the view, the staff and the room. Breakfast was delicious.
