The place is beautiful, clean, and new. The staff was nice, smiling and seemed to enjoy working there. They were doing karaoke with the guests in the evening... Looks like a good atmosphere. The rooms were clean. The view from the room is amazing. It's a quiet place beside a few boats in the morning. The lunch and dinner were good, seemed homemade and fresh. The shared and open area is very nice, with a slide to the water and a net to rest above the water. A bit pricey but I really recommend it.
