A lovely cottage in a quiet, countryside location with a view, own parking area and a small private garden with a picnic table. Our Hostess met us as we pulled up in the driveway, handed us the key and gave us a quick tour of the cottage. It was also super convenient to have our Milford Sound tour operator pick us up from the gate at the end of the driveway (rather than having to drive into town).

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was big and shower excellent, the kitchen was very well equipped. All apartments have a kitchenette and full size fridge/freezer. Each apartment has 24 cable channels on the TV. The deluxe studios opening in late 2019 at the property are adults-only and feature filtered water, a coffee machine, electric fire, sensor lighting, recliner chairs, a 55-inch TV with Chromecast and stunning lake views. Everything in our Tanara deluxe premium studio was perfect. Everywhere was top notch and spotlessly clean. The extra large rain shower and the TV at the end of the bath were luxurious. Great lighting options s as well.
