The food was some of the best we had in the General Luna area. We found it filling, healthy, and a perfect way to replenish ourselves between surf sessions. You can tell a lot of effort was made in crafting the menu. Additionally, the staff were kind and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The whole place is like a fairy tale, the pictures doesn’t give justice. The neigbouring streets might seem rough at the first sight, but we haven’t experienced anything but kindness from the locals throughout our week in Siargao. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, there was nothing they couldn’t help us with. Some critiqued the breakfast options but 1) we could eat that forever 2) they have always asked us if we’d have any special request for eg like a Filippino breakfast etc. It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer than a week.

From the moment we arrived the staff did everything to make our stay amazing! For 10 days they treated us and the boys and they really turned a great holiday into an amazing holiday The food was the best we tasted in Siargao, the wifi was great, the pool was nice and the location just off the beaten track means it is nice and relaxing.

Each villa is a complete fully fitted house with kitchen. Featuring a private beach and outdoor pool, Sunset Bay Beach Villas is a beachfront property situated in General Luna. We had a wonderful stay. Mick the owner and his parents were great hosts and very friendly and full of advice, Mick helped us get whatever we needed. He even took time to drive me down to the local shops to get a SIM card. The accommodation was spacious and spotless and had all the kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. The pool was lovely and clean and the grounds around our accommodation were beautifully landscaped. The entrance to the resort is right next to the famous sunset bridge. We would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back again in the future. Well done Mick!👍

We had such a great time at Siargao Island Villas! The staff were super nice and even let us check in early, I think around 9am, even though check in was supposed to be at 2pm. Breakfast was so good, perfect for big eaters like us. They had rice, ulam, breads, desserts, pancakes, waffles, and different spreads. We stuffed ourselves every morning, haha. Our favorite spot was the pool bar, where we had drinks almost every night and loved their kalamares. The bar staff were so friendly too! The place was really convenient, with water dispensers on every floor and the reception ready to help with anything like extra towels or coffee. The pool and gym were just downstairs from our room, and we even played a few games there. The staff were also super helpful with tour and restaurant recommendations. Siargao is such a beautiful place, and staying here made the trip even better. Definitely a vacation to remember!
