There is a quiet library as well as a children’s playground and a billiards table. Excellent location. The whole town Polanica-Zdroj is a diamond in the crown of Polish resort area and the hotel is located right were it should be - not very noisy, yet close to everything. Delicious breakfast in a quiet open air atmosphere. Summer concert in the patio was a pleasant surprise - Chopin's music is never too old. I booked a room with twin beds, but Booking was not able to confirm the bed type. Although the room was provided with the double bed, the hotel stuff managed to change it to 2 single beds in a minute. No discontent, no complains.

The front desk staff were nice.

Free access to the aquapark (indoor and outdoor pools, dry and steam sauna) in the same building. Grill dinner (on Thursday) was very good. There's also (paid) spa on the first floor. Friendly staff. Ample on-site parking. Great location close to the main park.
