Perfect for short hikes; kids loved the adventure park, a 25 mins walk away. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Everything is well maintained (and even the sofa bed in the living room is surprisingly comfortable).There were as well board games and basic food items, spices, dishwashing detergent … The owners are truly wonderful. They gave us advice on hiking trails and generously provided us with extra food (the shops were closed due to a national holiday). The sauna and the fireplace created a super cosy atmosphere. The welcome goodies are a nice touch too!

The area is popular for skiing and cycling, and ski equipment hire is available at this 4-star villa. Ski storage space is available on-site and both fishing and hiking can be enjoyed within close proximity of the villa. Proper old castle feel but still very good quality rooms and services and lovely grounds to wonder around (and play a little football).

I really enjoyed the breakfast, especially when the young lady offered to cook fresh scrambled eggs for me and my girlfriend, that was very kind. I also appreciate the room, it was huge and the bathtub was very comfortable
