Host was great, she was easy-going and available whenever we had a question (had to call her to explain sauna start-up procedure again). She's fluent in English. Fruit, bottled water, soda, beer, wine, etc. was provided when we checked in. Some books, games, etc. were available in the room (we didn't use any). Shampoo, body wash, towels, etc. was well stocked.
