A gorgeous, modern and clean house with all the amenities. Rita is a great host. Answered promptly any questions, helped me get in contact with a great local guide,Joaquim,to show me around the island and was always available in case you needed anything. I highly recommend Valdivia Homes for anyone traveling to Principe island.

We have no words to describe such an amazing stay in this accommodation. Excellent location, stunning views, wonderful terrace and spacious insides. The place have everything you need to relax and chill once you come back from day trips. But by far the best thing about the place is the host and manager, Rita and Joaquim. Lovely people that made us feel at home all time and showed us the island and its experiences. They organize everything you can ask for. We recommend it 100% and we are already planning our next visit.

Great location! Great view! Very comfortable little independent home with great access and privacy. The staff couldn't be friendlier. Highly recommend this location.

best location with beautiful view.. calm and close to nature yet not far from the city life! very clean room, clean bathroom with all the utilities and good assorted kitchen with big fridge (perfect to fit all the goodies owners treat you with such as fresh papaya and bananas) ! last but not least - the best thing is you are taken care of at the highest level possible with all your questions and problems being solved in second with the smile :) it was a PLEASURE..

Carlos is a great host, he made us feel welcome and organized transport, activities and guides. The hotel is good. The hotel is in a quiet location, but there are restaurants and stores nearby.

The location was wonderful and Gustavo, Marie and Lucindo were super super helpful with everything we needed.

This is simply an amazing place. The rooms are great, the service is excellent. The location is superb and the food is great.
