The staff are really great and professional. The food is really. delicious. It is more expensive than the restaurants outside but surely more delicious. Loved loved the place. This time I want to point out, especially David’s Hatha class, breathwork with Jerome, and workshop with Kira. Alys meditation class is always a must! I’ve tried other yoga hotels, and this is the best and gives you the most bang for your bucks. Its also such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere compared to other yoga centers. You don’t have to be into yoga to be here and there are many beginners as well as intermediates.
