The jacuzzi and hot steam? Paradise. The massage ladies? Professional and happy to serve, with decent prices? The room? Stylishly decorated, big size, excellent shower size and function. Food? A lot to try for everyone, reasonably priced for Phuket. Excellent vegetarian options with European or Thai-style food too! Peaceful, in walking distance from everything. The breakfast was excellent quality and the staff? The best, with first of all the Manager that is always present, his door is always available to knock if you ever need anything and all these come with big smiles and polite personnel. Highly recommended

Housing 2 outdoor pools and children's pool, it also has a spa and free internet. Room was great size and clean. Bed was really comfortable. The pool was one of the best and most beautiful hotel pools I have ever tried. Good selections for the breakfast. Lounge area for waiting was really good.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We even got a free lift to our next hotel with the shuttle! Just impeccable service and a really beautiful hotel. This was by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at within this budget category.

Hotel is very clean and well organized. Rooms are spacious. I could see that little issue from the previous reviews were fixed (like hangers in the rooms). Pool is super nice and what is important open 24/7 so you can use it even in the late evening or night :) please keep it like this! Rawai restaurants are in walking distance, you can also use a free bicycle if you don’t like to walk. Beautiful Ya Nui Beach is just 2 minut by foot. Location is amazing, in my opinion the best on the whole island. We enjoyed our stay very very much! Breakfast was very nice. Next time in Phuket we will definitely stay here. See you!!
