However, they created such a wonderful experience for me—the staff were polite and professional, the breakfast quality was excellent considering Laos and the hotel’s price, and the room was very clean. In the early morning, I could see the balloons passing by my balcony while still in bed, and the pool was amazing. I completely forgot all my bad memories. The price, compared to the services, location, and overall facilities, was excellent, and I regret not staying longer. They even kindly upgraded me to a larger room without charging any extra fees.

The accommodation offers 4-star accommodation with an indoor pool and children's playground. Everyone was very kind, they helped me order a taxi every time and use the washing machine. Mink and Yu were very kind. Breakfast is a really great american breakfast from a menu. Rooms were quiet and well conditioned. My room was really beautiful and large, the bed really comfortable. Be careful to order stuff take-out online, easy to feel sick. There are a few supermarkets around the hotel, highly recommended. Position of the hotel is not ideal to visit the city, but taxis are very cheap and fast to get on so I used them.
