The residence has 13 apartments and 123 studios which are all equipped with a private balcony and air conditoning. Location was excellent. Staff is to good.

The accommodation features room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. First off I appreciate the flexibility when it came to me arriving at 1am in the morning and even though the restaurant was closed they still were able to provide me a meal at 2am. I also appreciate the flexibility when it came to extending my stay for a little longer due to a late flight. They accommodated me by putting me in another room. The staff is courteous, exemplary and whatever negative reviews people had, they clearly don’t appreciate good customer service. Also Salma and Achref were both the best especially for my first time in Tunisia
