Each room at this resort is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.

Stateline casinos are less than a 5-minute walk. Lake Tahoe is 10-minute walk. Secure indoor valet parking is available. Great buffet breakfast, just disappointed it was only available at the weekend. Great location very close to the Gondola. Great to have self laundry facilities on each floor of hotel. Loved the large bedrwith separate lounge area, perfect for families.

This is a very nice and cozy hotel. I loved that there is a fully equipped kitchen in the room, allowing to cook your own meals. The lake is just across the street, easy to walk to. Finally, Leeam was such a great host. He’s super friendly and energetic and provides everything you need during your stay. He made me feel very welcome here.
