A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.

We also got a discount to a restaurant Elements which is next to the hotel and went twice, food was great so recommend!

We are conveniently located within walking distance from Heavenly Ski Resort Gondola and Heavenly Village shopping and dining. Location for access to Gondola, nearby restaurants and shops was great.

Featuring a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, this Incline Village resort is 32 km away from Reno-Tahoe International Airport. It offers guest accommodation with free WiFi and a full kitchen. Spacious and pretty with great amenities. We were very comfortable and happy.

Featuring a 24-hour casino, this resort is a 5-minute drive from Lake Tahoe. All rooms include free Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy restaurants and bars on site. Overall a very pleasant stay and helpful staff. We enjoyed so much that we extended our stay 😊
