Anybody who complains about this place must have rocks in their head.

Each room at this resort is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.

Check in was very easy. The bed was super comfy. We had no problems going back and forth from MGM. We were super jet lagged so we loved going to eat at MGM and coming back to our room where it didnt smell like smoke.

Staff were so helpful and kind to me when I was in a difficult situation while travelling. Location is great if you like old vegas, right on Fremont. Pool is great and if you like sports, this hotel has some of the biggest tvs I’ve ever seen!! Rooftop bar has great views / drinks. This hotel is great value for money in vegas.
