I liked the friendly and attentive staff. A shoutout to Mia who helped me with the coffee machine. The hotel is close to many shops, restaurants, and the cruise port, all within walking distance. The very first hotel that I stayed at in Old San Juan many years ago was this one. Back then, it was outdated, gloomy, and in need of a renovation. Several years ago, when I saw that they were renovating it, I was excited to return. It is unrecognizable- truly beautiful. It’s spacious, bright, and nicely decorated . I highly recommend it, and to top it off, the staff was very welcoming. I hope to return in the near future. I chose a windowless room, but it was bright, quiet,and very comfortable. The AC , the bed, and the water pressure were great.

Margaritaville Vacation Club - Rio Mar offers a private beach area in Rio Mar, a restaurant and guests can have fun at the casino and games room. I loved the room how beautiful the facilities were. All of the food was exceptional and the drinks as well. It was a very comfortable stay and I felt that if anything was needed I was a short call or talk away from taking care of it.

As residents on the island, we visit the west coast ofter because we love this region. It was our first time in the hotel and we loved it in total. Beautiful surroundings and very well cared for. The room was spacious and comfortable. Cozy beds and pillows and good layout. The bathroom was big and the shower was amazingly good. Very clean and even the bathroom products were good. The restaurant is very good and the service is wonderful. What we like the most is the tranquility. The pool is fabulous and it is in an amazing spot that you can spend the whole day there and then watch the beautiful sunsets of the west coast of Puerto Rico. Really good for a getaway with your partner! We are definitely coming back.
