From the front desk to the bar/lounge - they were all great I was there for three nights and every single person there went out of their way to make my stay amazing. After requesting for an iron prior to arriving - Arrived to a lovely steamer already in my room. They all were super friendly personable and helpful. Needed a bit of assistance to do with my room and they didn’t hesitate to come to my aid and ensure everything worked out for me. The pool and lounge area is super cute and private. Loved my room location too and felt very safe and secure. This will Definitely be my go to when in Austin.
