Travelled with a toddler and grandparent with mobility issues. Hotel was brilliant in service, could not have done more to help. The play room was small but excellent space for my son to run around, without taking away from the serenity of the main hotel. Reception helped book transport and gave advice. Lovely breakfast. Made the whole trip so easy. Would highly reccomended.

And the staff were so kind and helpful , my husband got sick in Hanoi and we travelled to Hoian and he became worse . They really took care of us at this hotel and made sure we’re were comfortable and had a doctor on stand by . Exactly what you need/want when you are in a Crisis. They were incredible . Staff the best met in Vietnam, very helpful and caring. Spa was very good. Breakfast nice, a lot of choices and fruits. Like paradise in the middle of village. Coconut village is 10 min by bike away, so would recommend to go for boat ride.
